Co-Founder

Richard Maxwell

Richard has 25+ years of experience helping businesses grow and transform and has held senior roles at boutique consultancies as well as large firms, such as Accenture and EY. 

He has deep knowledge in Business Models, Business Strategy, Operating Models, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, Change Management and Artificial Intelligence. Throughout an extensive career Richard has consulted in many industries, including Retail, Professional Services, Agriculture, FMCG, FinTech and digital business. His experience spans businesses in Europe, the UK, USA and Oceania.

Richard's inspiration for teaching and education comes from his Mother, Heather Maxwell OBE, who was awarded an OBE for Services to Education.

Richard is also the co-founder of Maxwell Miles.

Leighanne Miles

Leighanne has 20+ years of experience in developing new business models, driving disruptive change, advising boards and business leaders and delivering growth. 

She specialises in Strategy, Business Development, Marketing and Digital in Retail and Ecommerce, but brings experience across a range of industries including telco, financial, service and healthcare.

Her customer-led focus on driving business change and performance, through her innovative strategies, has delivered significant success in the businesses she has worked with. 

Leighanne is also the co-founder of Maxwell Miles.
